Upon returning documents I accidentally left, the staff promptly retrieved them for me, showcasing their efficiency and care. The cozy chalet's heating, along with the provided electric blankets, ensured a warm and comfortable stay. The complimentary Gressoney Chocolates in the room were a delightful touch, adding to the overall indulgent experience. The combination of these thoughtful gestures truly made my stay unforgettable, setting a new standard for hospitality excellence.
